A variety of modalities such as acupuncture, acupressure, herbal medicine, cupping therapy, and tuina (Chinese therapeutic massage) are commonly used. Acupuncture
Acupuncture has been used as a traditional modality in many parts of the world for generations. In modern times, it has continued to develop and is becoming the treatment of choice for many health conditions and preventative medicine.
The effectiveness of acupuncture is rooted in its ability to restore and regulate the body. The goal is to create balance and achieve proper function of tissues, organs, and circulation to treat either physical or emotional imbalance, or both.
Treatment is based on the unique needs of each patient, and is always geared towards maximizing clinical success.

A comprehensive clinical evaluation of all presenting health issues, including past and present illness, followed by appropriate treatment and suggestions for restoring your natural vitality.
Follow-up Acupuncture Treatment | $75
Allow yourself to indulge in this age old tradition to reduce stress, relieve sore muscles, ease acute and chronic pains, migraines, digestive disorders, and internal issues. Let your mind settle as your body begins to re-energize. Extended therapy may be added including guasha, electro-stimulation auricular therapy or moxabustion.
Cosmetic Acupuncture – 10 sessions | $1200
This ancient technique uses specific points on the face that will relax and rejuvenate the skin. With a focus of balancing the body, cosmetic acupuncture can also help produce collagen which helps create a more youthful and healthy appearance.
Herbal Medicine
We carry professional grade herbal products available by prescription. All brands are thoroughly tested by manufacturers and approved by Health Canada.
Cupping
Certain methods have the ability to stimulate the sensory nerves on the skin, especially the local spinal nerves which can have a positive influence on the related internal organs. As well as balancing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health, various cupping techniques can be used to treat fatigue, depressed mood, allergies, and many other conditions.
Cupping is also fantastic for circulation, and purifies the blood by regulating PH and neutralizing acids.

Very effective for pain and stiffness, and accelerates recovery of muscle tendons. Removes congestion, facilitates lymphatic drainage, detoxifies, and improves digestion function including peristaltic movement and secretion of digestive fluids and enzymes.

Cancellation Policy
In order to minimize disruptions to our schedule, we require 24 hours notice to change, cancel and/or reschedule appointments. If 24 hours notice is not given, the client will be responsible to pay for 50% of the regular appointment fee.*
No Show Policy
If the client fails to cancel and does not show up for a booked appointment, the client will be charged the full amount for the scheduled appointment. This fee must be paid prior to receiving further treatment.*
Same Day Appointments
Please be aware when booking an appointment on the same day that it is considered confirmed. Failure to keep the appointment will result in the assessment of the appropriate cancellation or no show fees.
Cancellation fees are in effect to ensure that our therapists are compensated for their time. When inadequate notice is given for changing/cancelling scheduled appointments, it is extremely difficult to fill vacant spots. This negatively affects both the therapists and the clients of the centre.Â
